Adverse remarks against DDG Gyaneshwar in Aryan's case

The Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) has dismissed the review petition of Deputy Director General Gyaneshwar Singh, head of the Special Enquiry Team (SET) of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). The CAT declared the SET report, which led to a controversial CBI FIR against Sameer Wankhede, as unlawful and made adverse remarks against Singh.
